Most products ordered are delivered FREE to GB Mainland unless detailed to the kerbside or ground floor only unless otherwise stated. Please note extended delivery times may be experienced during Public Holidays. Products which have a delivery charge will be detailed and can be pre-agreed as required.
Many thousands of our products can be delivered next working day if ordered before 1pm subject to a small delivery charge as detailed at the time of order with some items also available pre-built.
On many items we can offer a white glove installation service which includes full build, install, and the removal of all packaging. Prices are based on reasonable access to ground floor or the use of a lift. Delivery can be between 06.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday working days, to GB Mainland only (Northern Scotland, Highlands & Islands, and Ireland price on application). Please allow 7-10 working days for this service.

Would normally be flat-packed and will be delivered pre-assembled to the ground floor main access point. Please note that you must position the item yourself and dispose of the packaging.

All products have an estimated delivery time as detailed at the time of purchase and whilst we will endeavour to meet these times, estimated times are for guidance purposes only and may change subject to many conditions. For more comprehensive information we would recommend that you either email [email protected] or call us on 01293 775248 to speak to one of our experts who can give you a more detailed and accurate detail. If we are informed of extended delays from our suppliers, we may phone or email you to offer an alternative product, although no alternative product will be sent without your agreement. Where there will be a lengthy delay in despatching your order, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail.
All deliveries, unless pre-agreed, will be to the ground floor main access point or kerbside depending on the product purchased. If you require delivery where access is via stairs or a lift then extra charges may apply. Extra charges normally apply for orders from the North of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and all International Orders. Please go to the check out for the delivery charge to be calculated or we will provide a suitable quote to be agreed prior to acceptance. Customers placing orders from certain Scottish Post Codes such as those beginning IV and AB should allow 1-2 extra working days for delivery.
Please note that under the current climate courier deliveries will normally only be attempted once and a redelivery charge may be applied if goods cannot be delivered and redelivery required. Please advise at time of order if you have any specific delivery requirements in the special delivery instructions box at the checkout. If any incorrect, or incomplete address or post codes are input into the order detail a redelivery charge will apply, and we accept no responsibility for the loss or delay in delivery of your order.
On delivery you must inspect both the packaging and goods for any damage, however small, before accepting it, as failure to do so may result in us not being able to replace faulty or damaged goods depending on the couriers conditions. You must sign any paperwork as ‘damaged’ if you see any obvious signs, and if you are unable to insect immediately on delivery, when signing for the goods always do so as ‘unchecked’. If you sign for a delivery which you find at a later date is damaged, our carriers will not accept liability and you will be charged for the damaged items if we cannot claim from the carriers. In this case a delivery charge for replacement items will be made. By completing your order, you agree to abide by these instructions to check your delivery and sign for it accordingly as either ‘OK’, ‘unchecked’ or ‘damaged’. If you have signed for your goods or packaging as ‘damaged’ you must notify us by email within 1 working day of the original delivery date. Please note it is your responsibility to check the email has arrived. This communication must also be followed in writing via recorded delivery within the next 3 days. Once we have been notified of the damaged goods, you will be given a specific reference number.
For all International orders there will normally be an additional delivery charge, and if the system can calculate this it will do so at the checkout. If not, we will e-mail you a shipping delivery quote that you must agree to before we despatch your goods. Please note that orders to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Island and the Isle of Man all count as International orders.
